        I used to really love this place but after they instilled their policy of not being able to book a couple appointments out, this place is not for me. They book out three weeks in advance so now Im not able to get in more than once a month when I need the treatment at least every two weeks. The front desk receptionist told me the reasoning for this new policy is because of clients not showing up for their appointments. Why are other patients who actually show up for their appointments being penalised for this?

      I’m sorry Angela but we are short staffed and have been unable to find more massage therapists. We currently have an extended wait list for our patients to see our massage therapists. We have been referring patients out to other massage therapists and have made the decision to limit scheduling out in advance in order for our patients who are waiting for massage.
