We ordered chicken fried steak dinner. Went thru the drive thru. Got home and there was no gravy on anything. It was awful.

I asked for ranch. And the girl had a rude attitude. I get that we have our bad days but when I asked her if the ranch was in the bag she rolled her eyes and said yes. I get to work and theirs no ranch or any sauce for my tenders

Huge family meal we paid 55+ dollars, chicken was so plain and smelled of old grease. Our family all refused chicken tasted like flour. I tried to call Court street KFC until 11pm and never got an answer . I continued to try calling next day to no avail. I went to KFC with chicken all guys working said the cook always forgets spices for chicken thats why the flour taste. So what can you do for me? I just purchased your most expensive dinner family size and the chicken was like stiff flour not Extracrispy. Got to talk to manager ah!!! Call back later. Manager was so rude said chicken was fine and told me no refund given here. I said I wanted my chicken replaced and to taste like KFC not nasty flour. He took our huge bucket of chicken and brought a smaller bucket of chicken extra crispy pieces to us and said have a good day man. I was very upset/ pissed off to the point of knowing my next move would me being incarcerated so I walked to my truck got in and looked at 4 pieces of wings and huge extra crispy pieces of cooked flour no chicken.
