I can in no way recommend. My experience was dreadful. In summary: chaotic, unkind. reckless. Utter madness from start to finish. All I can think about with Dr. Good is ego and the antithesis of professional. As a rule, I dont forge into any experience (let alone one where surgery is performed) where there are a large number of detailed 1 ratings that is a strong red flag for me. i wish I had read them first. Do check out Spokanes Rockwood Clinic. It was a truly incredible, professional experience. Just wonderful. 5/5. The staff are professional, kind, and although I had none, certainly much more open to honest forthright critique. Experienced, reliable, service oriented and kind. AND, theyve been doing gastric surgeries longer than *anyone else* in the region. ive lost 129 pounds and Ive never looked better. Are you at all Dr. Rawlins at Rockwood! Hes a fantastic surgeon. They all are. You can put your trust in the team at Rockwood. I would personally avoid this team with more conviction than I have about just about anything.

Dr. Good is very nice and personally we get along, but I have had many issues with her office. We had lots of confusion concerning what information I had been given and what they should have given me. Seemed like her office was always rushed and frantically trying get me through the mill. Her office coordinated my insurance and I had my lap band removed, based on what she said was medically necessary. Dr. Good went on vacation after my surgery and there was lots of confusion over how to get my return to work letter since she was unavailable. I had to spend lots of time on the phone with her only staff member left in the office and it took three days for her to find another Dr. to sign my note! I don't know what would have happened if I had complications! Then I was scheduled for the sleeve and less than a week before surgery I was notified my insurance only pays for one surgery and they will never cover my sleeve (the removal was my one chance with Cigna). I figured her office had talked to my insurance about the entire plan, but obviously they only handled one surgery at a time! At this time her office quit helping me and cancelled all my appointments without notifying me! She even failed to show up to an online meeting with my insurance to try to get my sleeve covered! Very unprofessional and was exactly what I had feared would happen and what I had discussed with her and the therapist prior to my first surgery! Now I have no help for my weight loss journey and will have to do it on my own!

What can I say about this absolutely amazing surgeon and staff that hasnt already been said. I started my journey 1 year ago yesterday with my seminar, during the seminar Dr Good and her staff explained so much about each surgery that I had no clue about which put my mind at ease. Since that day at every single appointment she has made me feel almost like I am family. When youre making a life altering decision like this it really helps to have someone on your side and Dr Good is that person! Corrine did all of my insurance and if there was a snag she called and explained the issue very thoroughly and said we got this, now I have been a manager for many years and those words dont always instill hope but with Corrine I knew she really did. I had my surgery on 9/20 and have lost a lot of weight because I followed the teams guidance. See how I didnt say direction? Thats because unlike some doctors and offices they didnt just instruct they taught us the correct and safe ways to get us prepared. Ever since September I know if I have any questions I can call and talk to Melissa, Stephanie, Lori or even Dr Good herself! I can not recommend this team enough to anyone trying to take their life back! I am blessed to have found them.

Dr. Good listened to me when I had questions. She demonstrated the utmost care of me as her patient. She is amazing.

RUDE and inefficient staff. The staff basically does anything possible to not schedule an appointment.
