Hung up on me after 30 seconds with no explanation, didnt try calling me back or anything either. Just put me on hold if you have to! What the heck, I work in customer service for minimum wage and dont do that, be better!

Very unprofessional, i wantd to ask if they turn rotors. The guy that answer the phone the first time started talking very fast all i understood was the word (hold) i said ok ill wait 18 minutes went by so i hung up becausehe he never answer the phone, i called again twice no one one answered i waited 20 minutes i called again a girl answered right away she said if i could hold i told her that I've been on hold for the past 18 minutes and that the guy never answered the phone but she kept Interrupting me when i was trying to explain i said its just a simple question. And she rudely said that she couldn't help me because they we're really busy and just put me on hold without me saying yes its fine or me saying ill just call some other time, it was just a 2 seconds question for him or her to say yes we do turn rotors or no we don't it was that simple, then i stop by the store and all employees chitchating and laughing im like what hell so i turned around and left it's always the pasco location, kennewick and richland no problem i won't be calling pasco location for service or parts.
