The dactor i saw did NOT listen to me and my conference about my daughter. They did not do everything that they could do. I know that they cant do testing but the doctor came in to the room and look at my daughter and said the she looks fine. They tryed sending to ER with no explanation. They are not good and the need better people then what they have.

Took my 12 day old son in because he was sounding congested and had been very irritable all day (lots of crying and nothing seemed to soothe him) I call at 7:25 to see if they accepted my insurance and told them what was going on, the receptionist told me to bring him in since I live a few minutes down the road. I got there and the receptionist and nurse who checked me in were very kind. The nurse listened to my concerns and I let her know this is my first baby and I'm just concerned about him. Dr. Prescott came in and didn't look him over much and only listened to him for a little bit. Told me the sounds I was hearing was the amniotic fluid still in his lungs and then said in a condescending tone that when babies are in the womb they can't breathe air and only breathe in the amniotic fluid and that the sound will be there for 3 months. And then she asked me what I fed my baby and how often. I said he gets breast milk but I supplement with formula since sometimes he gets so irritated and has a hard time latching and that today he has been getting mainly formula and has been wanting to eat every hour and a half. Dr. Prescott then said oh no bad mom formula is basically cows milk and that it takes two hours to digest thats why it's said to feed babies every two hours and that I'm conditioning my son into thinking every time he cries he will get a bottle. I said I didn't know that and kept reminding her that I'm a new mom and still learning. She spent maybe 5 to 10 minutes in the room. I feel she was rude, condescending, and she basically called me, a new mom, a bad mother and I will not go back to this urgent care. I don't recommend going there if you are going to see this doctor.

Nurse was great with our daughter, but Dr. Schweich was terrible. Refused to listen to our concerns, told us she has a 2 week long mystery virus and that we should send her to school and have her go play in the rain so she could get better ??? They dont do labs or referrals here so its hard to imagine it being more useless.

Our appointment was over 2 hours ago. They keep saying a few more minutes. Update: we were here over four hours only to have all 3 of my kids issues ignored, so here we are AGAIN, and as usual, we're an hour past our appointment and no one is acknowledging that we're here or letting us know if there's a long wait or not. We have APPOINTMENTS! This place can not handle walk ins and appointments. DO BETTER!
