Beautiful state park with beach view, the access to the beach just next to the parking, you can't miss it. Discover Pass is required here, if you don't bring one, you can buy the daily at the station next to parking. Parking area is a bit small though, plan to come earlier if you can. Bathroom is available, but here not provide the water faucet outside so you can wash the sands off. Finding clams are not easy, I saw some Manilas, however most of them are undersize, so not an ideal place if you looking for shellfish. Oysters are same, not many left. Other than that, the seaside view is awesome, enjoy the scenery view.

Took the sandy beach trail down to the water. decent for oysters. No luck finding clams. Bathroom was clean and stocked! Wasn't too busy when I got there so it was nice.

Our first time on Sandy Beach trail - much more brief and populated than the other trails here. Great beach access, lots of folks clamming and picnicking.

Been going here my whole life. The beach is obviously cool but there are trails through the woods that are so nice. Not a strenuous hike but just enough to feel like you're out in nature. I usually just hike around with the dog but there are lots of picnic zones for a relaxing day. There are bathrooms at least at the lower parking lot. Restrooms: Classic park bathrooms, always clean Dog-friendliness: I always have my dog and run into others. Lots of fun for a pup. Picnic area: Many tables in many zones and some have a grill station and spigot
