They will side with the government agency if you dont show up they will also force prevent due process because they send your info out via old information they also will side with there own pertaining state and not let you speak and violate your 14/15 constitutional right they are corrupt something needs to be done where is the inspector general on this one.

The worst people are employed here. It would be much better to simply expand actual courts in Washington State, and get rid of OAH entirely.

Just awful. Filed an appeal over a UI claim in April and still NOTHING and it's almost the end of August. What's the point of even filing an appeal if they don't ever schedule a hearing? This shouldn't take so long. Update: its now almost a year and nothing is even scheduled on their website. Case hasnt been assigned a judge. Nothing has been done. April 26th, 2022 is when I filed the appeal and its now March 13, 2023.

Revamped review: 5 stars for the staff. They deserve more but the system they serve is a failure. The staff was great. The judge was great. Our legal system needs fixing.

I called two times in a row and got the same ladies voice. The first time she claimed she was Michelle and the second Heather. Both times she immediately said "Hello I can't hear you, I have to reset the phone and call you right back. I can't hear anything on my end I'm going to hang up and just call back and maybe you'll get through to me again bye."
