I was suggested to under go TMS therapy after many years of depression and anxiety with very little improvement despite all efforts with medication talk therapy and lifestyle changes. I decided to explore this treatment after a friend who went to this facility, and said their hours are also 7-7, which would aid in work balance for appointments. I couldnt be happier I did this. Dr Penner and his staff are incredible. The offices are cozy and inviting. All aspects of my service have been great, communication, staff interaction and openness on the process. If you or your dr is considering TMS in your journey, I couldnt recommend them enough!! Im a completely different person and I wish Id done it much sooner!

If this was a one time situation I would not be writing this review. I am Incredibly disappointed in the way I have been treated here. Please choose another provider and save yourself the hassle. Most recently my issue here has been the lack of urgency. The pharmacy made an error saving my prescription and asked me to call and have Ann Song resend it. I called the office here and while the lady who answered was friendly, she said it takes 3-5 business days to send a prescription back to the pharmacy. So I am out of meds and they do not care to help in any timely manner. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time I was misled and told they would fix it in 3 days. Then, it turned into 4 days and then 5 days. I was given a different excuse every time I called. It should not take a weeks delay every time theres an error or delay I did not cause. Why is someplace that should be making my life better creating so much unnecessary hassle on a consistent basis. Note: All of these instances were for prescriptions already written, and not yet filled/picked up. In other words, for error in between appointments theres no urgency. The first time this happened I brought it to my providers attention and she said I could always reach out to her instead so she can help fix things that come up. When I told her I had no way of contacting her (No email address or phone number) she said ok and moved on. I dont know why she wouldnt share her email, knowing I didnt have it, if she actually wanted to help. Could some of these things be misunderstandings? Possibly. Has anything been done to make any of this better? No.

Staff was polite, helpful, kind. Dr. Penner was respectful and easy to talk to. I felt quite comfortable. He was also information, eliciting and responding to all my questions.
