I hope this shows up as a zero star review. My family went out on a charter today and since I get horribly motion sick, I made plans to hang out in town. Planning ahead, I made an appointment 3 weeks ago through the online appointment system on the website for a lash lift & tint. I then received 3 emails & 3 text messages as follows: #1: appointment accepted (sent the day I made the appointment) #2: please confirm your appointment (sent 4 days prior) to which I did, and received the following message: You're all set, your appointment has been confirmed. #3: reminder that you have an appointment (sent 1 day prior) I also left a message at their office this morning to let them know that I would like to move my appointment time up slightly, if possible, but if not Id see them at my original appointment time. I did not receive any call back. I then walked .5 miles to the office, which was dark, empty, locked and no cars in the parking lot. I called to inquire no answer, so I left another message. I gave it until 5 minutes after and then walked .5 miles back to my hotel.
