alot of drs here transfered from seattle pain center that was on the same road... when i decide to go here after my transit accident that im now in a wheel chair for and other issues .. i got a dr i had at the other place. they have all the records the seattle pain center has and the dr automatically declined me a couple years back for any help. i been on cbd trying to stick out pain. my fiance said i should try to go back here but everytime i try they give excuses . the stuff in my file with seattle pain center was a mix up pee test after 3 years of being with them having a allergic reaction to morphine, feytenal, or however its spelt and vikadean. they told me i was caught using opana... the funny thing is. Opana is a higher version of Morphine just like Diladudid is a higher version of oxy so is Oxycotin. i was oxycodone and Diladuidd with patches that had to be changed from feytenal to something else cus of the reactions. never once did i sale, give away mis use, recreationally use or cause problems or issues i missed two appointmetns do to para transit because im disabled and cant drive and its the only way i have around. if i re come back here and there willing to help me this review might change but i dont think it will..this clinic is the undercover seattle pain center.

Dr. Hong is an excellent doctor who cares about his patients. I came to him with pain in my shoulders and knee. Previous doctors had recommended surgery I didnt want and couldnt afford. Dr. Hong gave me a PRP and stem cell injection in each joint. I was surprised at how quick the procedure took. I have not had any pain in over three years. His staff was very professional and friendly. They followed up with me to make sure I did not have any complications. I highly recommend Dr. Hong and The Washington Center for Pain Management.

Been a patient at Washington Center for Pain Management for years, ever since spine surgery left me in so much pain I have extreme challenges. There are several parts to being a patient there. Billing/Office, Reception/Check-in and seeing the Health Care Provider (s). The Reception Front Office people are wonderful, helpful, kind. The ARNP I see is excellent: highly knowledgeable, attentive and present. I see a physician occasionally and for surgical procedures. The billing office is difficult and unhelpful and it appears there's a high turnover rate. I've never talked to the same person, twice. The phone tree is a total nightmare. You can't get through to anyone quickly, and it's always changing. Very frustrating. Press 1. Press 2. Press 3. Hold 20 minutes. Repeat.
