I have called 3 times and each time Lois seems scattered and says she will call me right back. She doesn't! I caalled again, I finally got a committed time and date for her to show up and she calls and says she can't find me. I asked her to tell me the address she put in her GPS and she says she is going by memory. She didn't use her GPS. Oh My! She got frustrated when I asked her how she is supposed to find me if she only guesses at the address, she hung up on me. Now that's professional! So I started reading the reviews. I should have done that first before calling them. Thank you to everyone who wrote a negative review. I will not use these people and no one else should either. READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!

We used Lois and Jim to install a water feature in our yard. To tell you the truth when they did the job initially they were tremendous. Seemed very knowledgeable. We had a problem a few years after installation with our water feature losing water. We had to keep filling the reservoir which was a small barrell with holes. I had several conversation over the phone. They finally came out and check around liner and did some other troubleshooting. They finally took the rocks and reservoir out and then discovered much to all of our surprise there was a hole in the liner made probably by a mole. We purchased another piece of liner and then put that it in and also put a different type of box in as the reservoir. I wish I would have paid closer attention as the box was not a reservoir like we had before. I discovered that this spring when I noticed our water feature rocks were full of dirt and the liner was muddy as well. I called Lois to ask her how to get the lid off to use our shop vac to suck out the water and dirt in the bottom. Thats when she told me the top does not come off . I asked her how then do we access the pump if something goes wrong, as the previous barrell reservoir we had, had a lid with the pump inside which was easily accesible. She said we would have to take out all the rocks around the box and pull the box out to get to pump. I consulted a couple of pond people and both said that was not the way to install the reservoir. I asked Lois if they would come back out and replace that box with the barrel type we had before. I told her we would obviously compensate them. She refused; said she would not come out. I asked her why and she kept saying " I do not have to tell you why" I asked her if we had done something wrong and she said no, and that it was not personal but that she did not have to give me a reason. I could not believe it. I said I would pay but she refused to help us. They have left us with a water feature that was not put back like they had initially put in and now we have a mess. I have referred several people to them but not anymore. VERY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT USE Service: Outdoor water feature design

Evergreen Landscape and Ponds (owners Jim and Lois) are by definition, CON ARTIST! BEWARE and read Yelp review before you consider doing business with them. They are known to under bid their work to get the job, then collect your money, quit the job, and leave you with money lost, and an unfinished mess of a project to deal with. The address they list on Cooper Point Rd is even false advertisement....their business is ran out of their residence yet they list an address that has no association to them at all. They have been reported and are being sued in hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
