Harbor Cabinets

We paid for a single cupboard door replacement over 2 months ago. It was $100 - which is steep but I understand theyre older wood cabinets. What I dont understand is the lack of communication, why they called my husband after MY inquiry (instead of updating me), and why there has been zero communication on their part. I called after about 6 weeks for a status update- they reached out to my husband a day or 2 later to let him know they somehow didnt order the wood- only the stain?? WTH. That was more than 2 weeks ago. This is ridiculous.

The quality of the entire experience, from the planning to the final execution was superb. Communicative, responsive, all the contractors were professional, worked cleanly and respectfully, there were no surprises. We couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you to Bryson and the whole team at Harbor Cabinets. We had originally used them 18 years ago and was no less pleased now than then. They are consistently excellent.

We really enjoyed working with Harbor Cabinets to order new custom kitchen cabinet doors. Mike was super helpful and even took extra time out of his day to drive up to Tacoma to help us. I'm really thankful we found them. Will be back when we need future cabinets or counters. Service: Custom kitchen cabinet construction
