image Thank you William for helping us out! For being the only person working the night we stayed, he provided excellent customer service and in a timely manner, sorry for any convenience we caused.
As for the hotel itself, the door fell off to the balcony and we had to cancel. But William fixed it promptly, which we appreciate, but we decided to stay with a friend.
Thank you William!

image All Hotel staff were amazing. The general manager is wonderful and extremely helpful. Our room was extremely warm and the A/C unit did not work. Fluctuating water temperature during showers, but the staff made up for the old building issues!

image I have stayed here 4 times in the last month. I have a service animal (dog) and have had her with me everytime. 2 stays ago the manager can in my room to do a room check and saw my dog. She did not say anything about her being there. Also if you have ever stayed here you know the front door is the only door to enter the building. I have walked my dog in the front door many times and nothing was ever said to me about my dog. But this stay I was told they are not pet friendly and the dog needs to go. I told the lady she is my service dog and proceeded to my room. We are informed that we will get an extra charge of $250 if we don't take our service animal out of here. Now the front desk is blowing the room phone up. This place is so inconsistent and very rude. No where on the website does it say they don't allow service animals. They are going to loose a pretty consistent guest that stays often. I will take my money and my service animal and take my business to a more respectful hotel. If she was not a service animal and I was told the 1st time I stayed here that I could not have her with me then I would have no issue taking her to stay with family, but that's not the case. Also it's not like this motel is high-end, clean, or smells good. It's run down, smelly, and have homeless people all around the place. I am beyond upset and feel very disrespected. I won't let this one go until it is corrected. My dog that is not a service dog was taken out of the hotel and my service dog was brought back. When we got stopped the very 1st time I told the lady my dog is a service animal. So she clearly didn't want to listen. I didn't have her service vest on because we were going straight to our room and have never had an issue before. So if I decide to stay again I will make sure she has her vest on so if someone wants to not hear what I say they can clearly read it too. They should not even question me then that is if they can even read.
Noteworthy details: They are inconsistent with what they do and don't allow. So be aware of that. 3 visits my service dog is allowed, but not on the 4th visit.

Dear Ms, Bennett, I would like to clear a couple of things up. First, we are always willing to have "service animals" in the hotel. That is not the same as an emotional support animal, That is what the housekeeping supervisor had expressed to you both during the last stay. The reason the front desk was calling your room, was because after you were asked to remove the dogs, both by hotel staff and the person that paid for your room, the dog was snuck back into the room. Some of the issue was between yourself and the person paying for your room, as they did not know the dogs would be in the room and they did not want to be responsible for any damage that may occur. When your significant other expressed to the front desk that it was an emotional support animal, we had every right to ask to have the animals removed, This hotel is not in a position to house animals as we have no on-site area for the animals to use the bathroom and we cannot just send our guests to other people's property, even if it is a public area. The no pets allowed sign is posted at the front desk and if you would like a copy of the registration form that was signed stating there would be no pets, you are more than welcome to come by and get a copy. Thank you, Alana Ball, General Manager
