Update as of 04/08/2024: received an email from Gavin, the manager. It was very obviously a templated, blanket response that covers basically any type of situation. There was no real engagement from Gavin, nor the other Manger, Amanda yet. Ive called and left another message with the front desk a few days ago, and still, no callback.
Update on response from WoodSpring: why would we ever stay at this hotel again. There has been no attempt to contact me to resolve this issue, so whats to say that the same level of unprofessional customer service wont happen again? The correct way to handle this is to call me to rectify the situation.
Do not stay here. Especially businesses who have contracts with this hotel for long-term stays - dont do it. Youre better off at a Marriott. They are not flexible with pre-authorizations due to extenuating circumstances. Managers have no sense of humanity or customer service. Long story short, our family reserved a room for the night over the phone for my mother who is going through a mental crisis. She gets set of by dogs especially. We communicated to the front desk agent that we needed a quiet room away from dogs. She communicated that the 4th floor had dogs and that there was a room available on the 3rd floor. i showed concern that the tap of their nails and paws may bother her so we asked for the a quiet room. And mind you, this was before I was done filling out the pre-authorization for a 10-night stay. She assigned a room on the second floor, which we figured would be just fine since there were only dogs on the 4th floor. The next day, we realized that there are dogs on every floor. That wasnt explained to us when we handed in the preauthorization form. I asked the front desk agent if I could speak with a manager. The manager couldnt make time to even talk to us to figure something out- whether we could pay a higher daily rate or pay for an extra day more than the two night into the reservation. Our family pooled together all these funds to pay for a 10 night stay and my mom technically only stayed one night/ or two days into the reservation. I just cant believe a hotel cant put their customers first even when I was trying to meet them halfway. Dont waste your money here.

This was my first time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice rooms and staff made sure I had a place to park work truck. Rooms have a nice TV with cable, 2 burner stove top, nice size fridge with freezer and great storage for an extended stay. Great value. Most importantly the rooms are very CLEAN. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and freeway. They also have a small exercise room. Two thumbs way up from me.

Manager lied about dogs only being located on one of the floors when in fact they are allowed on all floors. My family had made it very clear that they didnt want to be on the same floor as dogs due to noise concerns and of course the Manager said what she had to say to secure the 10 day stay knowing they would not issue a refund. My family was lied to and no effort has been made to work with them at all. Terrible service.

Avoid this hotelits a total letdown. Their Front Desk (Aiden?) and Managers seem to have left their humanity and customer service skills at home. Our family booked a room for my mom, whos going through a tough time. Shes super sensitive to dogs, so we specifically asked for a quiet room away from them. The front desk said the 3rd floor was dog-free, but guess what? Dogs were everywhere. This was not what we were told. When we tried to sort it out, the manager was MIA. Its frustrating that they put bureaucracy over customer satisfaction. My sister even said, go ahead and charge us at a higher rate for the night she stayed, but absolutely nothing. Save your cash and find a better spot.
Businesses beware.
