Thurston County Treasurer

Upon entering the building, for all services, not just the Treasurer, the ticket system is needlessly indecipherable. The county is obviously aware of this, because they've hired somebody full time to sit at the front desk and tell people what button to push to get a ticket. If your system is such that you need someone to do that, maybe you need another system instead of spending the taxpayers money on the mess you have now. I know where I need to go. Why can't I just go there? If I need to wait in line at that department, so be it.

Very helpful, quick, and easy. Totally painless! The new building looks great, too, and there is plenty of parking.

ABSOLUTELY Awesome. Went there to handle my Passport Submission. I had everything in order as i walked in. The process was AS PAINLESS AS IVE EVER HAD when dealing with Government Agencies. I drove down from Lakewood. Im am OVER JOYED. I have rarely had positive experiences with Government agencies. This was an experience that Forces me to give five stars. The person who assisted me was so kind. And very very professional and nice. Even the person at the front desk was SO KIND AND ACCEPTING. Smiles and had the ability to answer questions. As well as informed me that they didnt know when i asked a question. Not in a bad way. In a way as to not Mis inform me. Wow. The current training is profound and needs to be the format of ALL GOVERNMENT front facing employees. Dam? This will be an experience that will last a life time. You Rock.
