        Enjoying the coach but very disappointed in delivery time. It took 3-weeks to deliver for a coach that was in stock. Delivery personnel were very respectful and did a good job.

        Excellent customer service, the saleswoman wasn't pushy and gave us space to think and decide on what to do. Plenty of financing options that are very reasonable and prices are great too, sale or not.

We checked and it looks like you ordered November 14 and your delivery was delayed until November 30 due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. This is a longer time than we'd like-ordinarily we aim for same week delivery. We very much appreciate your feedback and business and will strive to do better on scheduling our deliveries.       Hi Dave - the store is not going out of business. Having an inventory sale is completely legal. As you may have read - due to high demand in furniture during the pandemic and then sudden reversal after people started spending money on “experiences”, virtually every store around the country was over-inventoried. Hence the sale.
