Healthy Future Pediatrics

We have been going to Healthy Future since my first was born 8 years ago. We have always had a positive experience with the medical and front desk staff. As of lately, my children, toddler and baby have been seen by Damon. He is great with them! His child/baby friendly personality really puts them at ease. He also is very knowledgeable and listens to all concerns. I highly recommend this practice.

Im extremely upset and frustrated! I have three children and two of witch have went to Healthy Future Pediatrics for years and we have not had any problems, till my stepson moved in with us full time over the last summer. We had no question asked as to the doctor we wanted our son to see. I filled out the new patient paperwork and had an appointment set up for a new patient appointment and for allergy shot. Unfortunately my stepson was out of town to visit is family. My husband called to cancel the appointment so insurance wouldnt get billed for a missed appointment. My husband canceled the appointment and never got billed. I called not once but twice asking to speak to a manager and never got a call from a manager. My stepson have a health concern and that fact your office is not willing to see him is incredibly disheartening as to the fact that if he was to actually have a medical condition or issue in his sport he takes very seriously and the school has yalls information down for his provider.

Update: Upon returning, I would like to mention that Healthy Future Pediatrics has very friendly staff and they did a nice job of making us feel welcome and attending to our needs. So Im adding a couple stars to my review to reflect this. Originally, my son had been waiting for a very long time for an appointment that he really needs. The day of, we struggled getting to the appointment on time, 14 minutes late and they would not accommodate us. They said to come back at a later time which was very inconvenient but its a policy to only deal with people who are 10 minutes late. I run my own business and I make my own policies and I dont punish people for being late if they went through enough trouble to get to the appointment. Im noticing not as much kindness, community and understanding at Healthy Future Pediatrics as Id like, just time and money. I think this could be improved which is why Im leaving this review.
