Daniela is awesome. She discussed what I wanted before getting started, and she was realistic about what results she could achieve without damaging my hair. I'm glad she prioritized the health of my hair, and I appreciated her honesty. What she achieved was the high-contrast balyage I was hoping for, and I love it! I've been getting so many compliments! It's been seven years since I've done anything with my hair beyond a cut, and she did an amazing job! (My bad camera doesn't do it justice.)

I had a foil and haircut. Josie was my stylist and she did a beautiful job. I love it. She also recommended a texture spray. New to me.adds volume. The entire staff was friendly. I want to give a shoutout to Paris the stylist next to us. She had a difficult customer. She handled her with kindness and truthfulness. Some people you just cant please. I will definitely go back.

My normal stylist is out for a month. I had an appointment with her for the 9th but they called me to reschedule with someone else. I should've waited the month for Mia to come back. I'm very disappointed! I wanted a specific hair cut that I had pictures of but couldn't find them on my phone. The stylist didn't wait for me to find the pics and started cutting. I wanted shoulder length and she cut it up to my jawline. I'm very upset about this. It took me 5 years to grow out what I had. It'll probably take me 7 years to get it back to where I was before last week. I was very happy with Mia. I'll never let them talk me into someone new again.i can't even fix it myself. I think I'll have to spend more money and get a perm or a shorter hair cut because I can't even work with what I've got right now. $55 for a haircut is way too much when they screw it up! I'm very angry about this. One side is longer than the other. Absolutely has to be the worst hair cut ever!

There are three tiers that make prices fluctuate depending on what tier you get. You arent informed of this fact and or individual prices of stylists regardless of if its your first time in the establishment or not. Kid left with a botched haircut. We were not informed that we would have to pay a certain amount depending on which person we got we never got told that we had a-master person and she wast on their list of stylists. The lady cut of way more than i wanted and wouldve kept cutting if i didnt tell her to stop and she chard extra just for blow drying which we didnt even ask for. Also the lady almost gave me a payer cut.
