Subway

We are potty training our daughter. They wouldn't let us use the restroom, despite the obvious emergency need to go and our daughter crying. Covid is not an excuse to act with zero regard for other people. These people were rude and worthless. Next time I'll let her make a mess on your floors and then you can disinfect the whole lobby. Terribly disappointed at the lack of regard for a situational need for a restroom.

This place is often busy and the staff handles it well. The lady in front of me ordered 10 sandwiches and of course had so many variations for all of them and the staff was as patient as anybody could be dealing with one customer holding up the line. All the staff was trying to finish her order so the other people in line could order. I am giving 4 stars because they often don't change gloves between orders. (I have not seen them touch money then make food )

I visited for the first time Saturday 07/17/21. The place was packed and busy with lines out the door. I am a local but very picky about where I eat. My brother, nieces, and I attended the Slammed in the Sand car show. We stopped for lunch. Employees although working their own stations didn't switch gloves between orders, wash hands between orders, or even wipe counters between orders. Needless to say, but luckily it was only me who ended up sick for two days. Won't be returning.

With other restaurants in town flat out refusing service or having more than an hour waits for dinner... we wound up at Subway. Food was yummy. Staff was super friendly despite how busy and hot it was. They even engaged with our child in line. Five stars for the lady with rainbow hair ;)
