They're really easy going and keep everything simple and are good motivators. They crack jokes and its just a pleasant environment to be in. Workouts are ALWAYS great!!!

I was literally in the worst shape I had ever been in before working out with Kelsey. I was terrified to even start getting into shape because I was so insecure. But....... Kelsey and Jesse have both saved me!
Kelsey CARES and made getting our butts kicked fun and painful (in a good way!). She eased me and two girlfriends into incorporating fitness into our lives. She has become my biggest mentor, supporter, motivator, and a true friend. She pushes us to our limits and has made fitness a priority to me for the first time. When I dont think that I can do more, she makes me do three more! The results of our workouts and her knowledge makes every painful set worth it!
Jesse kicks our butts. I have never experienced a more physically intense 30 minutes in my life! I want to yell and throw something at him in the middle of it (but Im way too tired)... and every time I thank him afterwards for pushing me harder than I ever thought I could be pushed. He demands your maximum effort and the benefits are reflected in your results.
I love both Kelsey and Jesse! Im thankful for them showing me that fitness is a priority and that even I can do it!
