Optum - Harbour Pointe Walk-In Clinic

I've been to the walk in clinic at least twice and found it an excellent care center. The physicians, the nurses are all quite compassionate, in my experience. Like any medical facility there's a bit of a wait while other patients are treated, but once the clinic does open you're treated well...and thoroughly. Highly recommended.

Professional staff that listens to your concerns. I recently utilized their services, and received excellent care from the staff and Dr. Lusk.

I wouldn't have my pet go there! Their a total rip off stay away this place needs to go out of business!

I was thrown off by the negative reviews here. I realized I needed an urgent care in the middle of the night and searched around early in the morning. I went here first thing (7:20am) and was checked in quickly, taken to a room within 10 minutes, and out the door in 45min. The nurse and doctor were efficient, knowledgeable, funny, and caring. By the time I left, the line for care was much longer but this is product of the help they are providing. It seems like they are working hard to see everyone that comes in.

In a plot twist that would make any soap opera proud, I was lured into the clinic with promises of a walk-in visit. Little did I know, this was merely a clever ruse to get me face-to-face with a calendar date 8 months in the future. Upon my arrival, filled with naive hope, I was greeted not with healthcare but with a delightful paradox: "You can walk in... to schedule an appointment nearly a season away!" It seems the clinic operates on a unique blend of optimism and time dilation, where the mere concept of "establishing care" transcends the boundaries of space-time as we know it. To those adventurous souls seeking immediate medical attention, brace yourselves for the thrilling wait. Bring a book, or perhaps write one, as you revel in the anticipation of your appointment. Who knows? By the time you're seen, you might have discovered the cure yourself! In all jest, while I can appreciate a good saga, I'd hoped my healthcare experience would be more "efficient consultation" and less "epic odyssey." May Everett Clinic one day find a way to bridge the gap between the era of walk-ins and the future of next-day appointments. Until then, I'll be marking my calendar, counting down the days in eager (or is it resigned?) anticipation.
