        This is the worst experience I hav4 ever had at a Hilton property. They are refurbishing and I understand that, but I drove over an hour and needed a restroom. They looked at me like I was homeless. Are you a guest? Yes, I have a bag and I have already checked in. Then the lady thought I was getting to excited and handed me a key to a room that they are using for a public restroom. This isn't even the worst part. They did not tell me that the water would be turned off this morning, so I couldn't shower. Awful experience. I will never go back.

Also now our Fitness Center& pool area are just on tail end of completion. We just received all brand new equipment for the the Fitness Center and just waiting for the contractors to finish up.
