        Mountlake Terrace public utility overcharging their customer for water, sewer and water treatment plant! making bill absolutely high. they doing it without explanation, public reviews and votes!! every year charges going higher and making rental and homeowner properties even more unaffordable. WE pay $$$ high price for their city hall building and Police station remodels and they give Mountlake Terrace residents nothing back!!!

        As a renters my water bill is now at about $200 per bill of non-usage fees. Any comment as to how these hikes are allowed to be passed on to renters and not the property owners? I have a strong feeling they will never respond but will take your tax money. (All of the counsel members are land owners). Update: I am giving up my lease, due in part to these astronomical prices for basic necessities. I encourage everyone to stay out of MLT until they get their head attached and realize they can't pilfer renters forever.
