We couldnt have asked for a better experience with getting a loan to buy our first home. From the pre approval process to closing a week early, Danny and his team were amazing and efficient at getting things done. We would highly recommend his team and will be continuing to use them in the future for refinancing.

Bad customer service and follow-up! I started an application with them, and they never followed through with me, just left me hanging with no response. Apparently, if you don't have a bunch of money, you aren't worth their time. If you don't have any potential for them to make a sale or approve you for a loan, then don't bother. They will just continue to ignore you, and not email you back or answer any questions. I think it's sad that customer treatment and quality of service are based on how much money they have in the bank.

The team at Caliber were very easy to work with. Spencer always had timely and well informed responses to all my questions. Marie took care of all the details and kept me on track as far as paperwork. Danny gave me the big picture view on the process.
