Lawyer I use did not go by my wishes, which drew out my case and increased the cost of the legal matter by 10s of thousands of dollars. Legal advice that was given was sound. However, an attorney works for you and should carry out your wishes this is not what I experience with this law firm. The lawyer I used also procrastinated paperwork work till the last possible moment making impossible to make changes to paperwork before it having to be submitted. Very disappointing in this law firm. I would not use or recommend them again. After I fired my attorney I was able to settle my case with no issues with a result I was happy with. I dont believe this would have been the case if I continued using this law firm.

Completely horrible experience and total lack of professionalism on this firms behalf. Complete disregard for the urgency of my case and I was put on the sidelines long enough to have my case buried and forgotten. After a conflict became an issue on the firms behalf, I was dropped as a client after paying over $3500 to just read what papers I had already filed. I advise anyone to rethink using this firm. No justification from the management or the lawyer assigned to my case.

To start, Patricia and her team were amazing. Having to overcome several issues right from the beginning taking over after having 2 different attorneys involved, she picked up where they left off and took my case to trial, without missing a beat. My feelings was that being a male in the State of WA I had already felt that the courts favor more often than not in the direction of the female than male. Having a business, property and assets, made it feel like I had a target on my back when going to trial. Patricia and her team made me lose that negative feeling right from our first conversation. Patricia & her team; Ann, Kalyn & Michael worked together going over my difficult case and dug into the numbers & the real facts in the case, and used the law to our advantage to help us Win over my Now X-Wife, who was asking for an insane amount of money for the time we were together. My X began with asking for almost 1 million in mediation, and almost $600K at the trial. The short version No Money Judgement is ordered No Real Property is ordered Petitioners Business(es) Vehicles, Equipment, All Financial Accounts are under his control Any and all Bank Accounts Remain in his control All proceeds from my Rental house sold remain his separate property No Spousal Support is ordered The Petitioner (Me) and the Respondent are Divorced!
