Family Care Network - North Cascade Family Physicians

Just moved to Washington and tried to establish a primary with this place and they are awful terrible customer service ridiculous policies couldnt even come self pay so I could stay on my pretty standard generalized medication that I have been on since I was 15 just abysmal I felt like I had to fight the secretary to get a shot to be able to be honored by hiring one of them as a doctor it was disgusting and if I could give them 0 stars I would.

The doctors are one of the most kindest and friendliest I have encountered. Further, the remaining staff including the front desk and medical team is quite friendly. They genuinely listen to your problems and are quite cooperative with any matters and concerns. I truly feel appreciated as a patient there.

Great experience from the first step in the building. At the front desk, Harrison and Kayla are both very nice, they make my paperwork quick and easy. The medical assistant who I see, Elizabeth she is awesome. Very fun and kind. The provider I see, Sally, she keeps the same pattern. 5 stars. She listens for all my concerns and addresses them. Very thorough and thoughtful. As a former healthcare worker, I know how difficult it is to provide this level of experience to patients and at this clinic, they always knock it out of the park. On top of all that, Im in and out, done in less than hour even with labs included. Not sure what the screening process is for this clinic, but theyre truly shooting for excellence.

I was charged $50 for a telemedicine consultation where Marissa L Capasso told me she is not experienced enough to help me. I dont really understand how is it my responsibility to pay for nothing. To clarify: the video call was initiated by the provider as a follow up. It would be better if I just received free email saying you couldnt do anything for me.
