I came in for an allergy test & dr Paul v Williams knew there was more than allergies behind my symptoms. He requested a scan that found my cancer & I forever be greatful for his expertise.

This clinic is very grimey. The tiny patient rooms were visibly dirty with stains on the cushions and crumbs and debris in them that had clearly been there for some time. Cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and lots of greasy hand/finger prints around door handles and cabinet pulls. The reading material in the room was a very outdated magazine and a book dating back to the 90’s that had quite literally fallen apart. The staff while friendly enough, was clearly not really trained/equipped for working with children. I was told the doctor would come back with the nurse to perform the skin test and only the nurse came back and rushed my child through it without explaining beforehand to us what to do or not do, or what she was even going to do. My child understandably became very afraid and anxious about what was happening and rather than find a helpful way for him to cope she pushed him through it which lead to my child screaming and the nurse panicking. No one sat with us or check in on us during the 15min skin test, despite my child loudly crying it hurts over and over. For a visit that took 2 and a half hours of mostly waiting, after 10 months of waiting to be seen in the first place, I feel frustrated that no one could be bothered to sit with us during the 15min reaction time to ensure their patients well being. Bottom line, if you are an adult I’m sure they can meet your needs but if you have young children, I would seek other options.

Great place! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, have helped me with my bronchitis and allergies.
