        We have been customers of this bank for over 40 years. These days, this branch has poor customer service and most of the staff are inexperienced, so they wait for a long time and are unfriendly.

        DO NOT BANK HERE! They have stolen thousands from me and it just disappears in transactions sheets. All my transactions get edited. Went in several times and called for investigation but there is nothing they can do since the transactions dont show all my missing money!!

        Been doing business here a very long time. Sense they were Skagit State bank. I don't know what happened to their staffing after they renovated but they need to address the understaffing. All the familiar faces are gone and they are running far to lean to keep up. I will be happy to improve the review if they can get back to the excellent customer service we had been accustomed to, and that was largely do to the speed of service.
