        I've used this shop for about three years now. I have also noticed the prices are higher than other shops I have used. I try and do as much of my own repairs as I can, or feel like doing , this helps cut some of my expense I like Gateway because they have done a good job when working on my vehicle's. They are polite and friendly, but like everyone lower prices would be nice.

        Best place ever. Got me in fast even though I didnt have an appointment , found a serious problem I didnt even know existed and fixed it. Good straight up service. I would have no hesitation in bringing my truck back. Thanks guys

        Every time I bring my vehicle in for one issue, y'all find many more. Last "complentary inspection" the issues they found came to well over $3,000.00 Not happy about that and wonder just how honest those findings are.

      I am truly sorry to hear about your frustration; I can only assume that the repair needs identified on your vehicle were not fully explained during your visit. For that I apologize. All of our courtesy inspections include photos and sometimes videos, along with technician notes indicating why an individual part or system on your vehicle needs attention. The inspection is sent to each customer via text or email, and is still viewable even after you have left our shop. If you are available any day this week, I would appreciate the chance to review your inspection with you and see what we can do to put your mind at ease. Again, we apologize that the office staff did not take the time to thoroughly and transparently review these findings with you. Feedback like yours helps us to pinpoint training opportunities with our team.
