UPDATE: THE OWNERS ARE STAND UP PEOPLE AND ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. THAT BEING SAID, STILL DONT CARE FOR THE OFFICE PERSONS DISPOSITION. How does a person go about contacting the owner/owners of All safe self storage? We have been charged a full month's rent after relinquishing the lock. Shouldn't this month be pro rated after only 5 days?? The eyelash lady has been extremely nasty regarding the situation.

I've rented my unit for about 4 years. Great experience. It's gated with a code required to exit as well. Cameras everywhere. I have an interior unit, requiring a code to access the door inside. Hallways are always clean with more well placed cameras. Glad to have found them when they still had units available!!

Been Doing business for several years with all safe storage and I do not like that old ladies attitude every time I walk in to pay my bill If she gives me issues again Im just gonna have the same attitude right back towards her
