Mike and his crew installed underground water lines and outdoor faucets on our property. It took a little while for Mike to be able to break away from his other projects to come out and bid on ours. No big deal as ours was not a rush job by any means. Mike always answered the phone and was courteous when letting us know about his current schedule. He was true to his word when he reassured us that we were "still on the radar" and wouldn't be forgotten. In our opinion, it was worth the wait. They did exactly what was promised, including showing up on time each day. Our property is not "fancy", but we do make an effort to try and keep things neat and tidy, so we really appreciated the extra care that was taken to minimize the mess and clean up after the job was completed. We were impressed by Mike's knowledge and skill -- and also that he genuinely appreciates his hard-working crew. We also feel he was fair in pricing our project. Based on our experience, we would use Mike's Plumbing again in the future and recommend him to others without hesitation.
