Hey Phil! Doesn’t look like you’ve ever been in to Autometrics Moses lake before and your vehicle would need to be in our system in order for us to give you an accurate estimate. Generally we are equal to or less than any local dealer for most services. We strive to be fair and affordable when it comes to service and repair and will do our best to accommodate all customers. If you have any questions feel free to call the shop and I’d be happy to answer any you might have. - Dallas Edit: Phil, your truth is accurate. We'll never know what the problem was or if we were more expensive than the dealer or not. Like I mentioned before, we are generally the same or cheaper than the dealers are. We also offer a 15 minute no wrench inspection, which means if we found the problem in less than 15 minutes it would have been free of charge. On top of all of that we are generally faster than the dealers as well. I'd say had you actually given us a shot and walked through our doors that 1 star would be 5 without a doubt. Its a shame we get a bad review without you even doing business with us. I'd love to get the opportunity to show you how we are different and better than the rest - Dallas
