Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake, an IHG Hotel

Chris was incredible the entire 2 night stay. He went above and beyond! At check in, he fixed a room discrepancy with ease. Created and Printed some documents I needed that the hotel computers would not accommodate. He was accommodating guests right and left as I worked on the computers late in the evening. Breakfast was open and ready before 6am!! The room was very clean. The commons area was always being cleaned and organized. He was always ready with a answer and top notch customer service. Thank you so much Chris! And ihg staff.

Rooms: Spacious, luxurious, fancy and super functional bathroom suite! Food & drinks: The abundant and delicious breakfast each and every morning is not heart-warming because it's included free, but because ever dish, from Swedish Pancakes to hot Quaker Oats porridge to Best-Bacon-Ever is attentively and caringly served! Noteworthy details: All the staff are warm, friendly, interested in each guest, giving exceptional care to every detail. So encouraging to be living amongst committed and active pros, true hoteliers all!

I stayed with my kids and everything went well. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good and front desk person was super nice for check in and check out BUT JUST a heads up to locals who may stay here, they do charge $250 cash deposit that you do get back in the morning if there is no damages. I totally get why they charge that but thats not posted on the web page or the IHG rewards member app either. If I would have known that, I would have booked elsewhere but I appreciate them working with my family with that. other than that, everything else was great!
