        It's a nice place - The water levels were low, but I'll definitely come back when there's more Koi fish. The trees and rock were very beautiful. Picnic area: The picnic area is just outside of the Garden, covered and clean.

        Gate was closed so could not visit like another reviewer. It was before 4 PM on a beautiful day. Is it open only in the summer? The hours on google should be changed then since it said it was open when it was not.
