10/10 recommend! Dr. Fraley, THANK YOU! (From 2019; sorry I'm a little late!) Everyone, if you've read this far, this is my experience of care as a one-time patient: Came over last summer to go kayaking and managed to pop a rib out of place and was miserable during my vacation. Dr. Fraley saw me during his lunch break on a moment's notice knowing it was my vacation, got me all fixed up, and gave me a number to call if anything else happened and that he could fix me so I could enjoy my time in Moses Lake! If he's willing to do that for a one-time patient, I can only imagine how great he for follow-up appointments and such! Thank you, Dr. Fraley and Staff! :) Drew

I highly recommend Dr. Fraley, he is hands down the best chiropractor I have been too. He accommodates and listens to his patients. The office staff are rays of Sunshine. Really like going, it's very welcoming atmosphere.

Dr. Farley is a good listener, caring and understanding of my needs. His own personal experience is helpful toward his understanding of his patients. Doesn't push for more appointments but let's you decide when you come back.

I know of no other DC who not only goes to bat relentlessly for the injured patient, but as the inventor of the DynaROM technology he utilizes, I have to recommend that patients in his area experiencing auto or work injury skip the "standard" doctors out there, and go to Dr. Fraley. Many doctors care about you, but what distinguishes Dr. Fraley is that he is not only intellectually curious and is learning every day, but his treatment approach is completely customized to your situation. This is so rare these days, and everyone has become "cookie cutter" in their approach. He must have an IQ of 150 or higher, as his thought process is simply beyond anyone I have seen. We recorded a conversation between he and a well known MD in WA and honestly no one listening to the recording could tell which was the well known MD, as his knowledge was so sound which means he knows how to speak the language required to represent you properly if challenged by insurers. His knowledge and court record with the use of modern technology puts him in the top 1% in the world. We live in an evidence-based world, and the reason patients of his are so well cared for is that no one can question him, as he does not rely upon his opinion, but solid objective data as well. There is no way to place a value on the heart he has, and how seriously he takes each case. To add to this, he is so well respected by attorneys, as he knows how to take science and present it in lay terms: Something so rare in any arena. Many question the value of Chiropractic. See Dr. Fraley and you won't question it at all, as he will prove to you his value through actions, not marketing nonsense or words. Art and Science go into proper patient care, and Dr. Fraley knows how to integrate both flawlessly.

I have seen so many chiropractors in the last 8 years. I’ve been seeing different chiropractors through High School, college athletics and pregnancy. I’ve been passed by for years when finally someone found I needed back surgery that could have been avoided if caught years before, so I’ve seen some not so great chiropractors and some pretty good ones. I truly feel Dr. Fraley is the best one I’ve found. When I moved to moses lake I tried a couple different chiropractors and was content, until I went to Dr. Fraley. I was desperate and in such pain. My other chiropractor in town wasn’t helping me feel any relief. Most chiropractors do the same lay on your stomach and then turn you to your side (crack, crack) and send you on your way. Dr. Fraley listens to you each time about what’s bothering you and uses so many different techniques to specifically target your pain area. Plus he actually cares about you! I hope someone sees this review and switches care to Fraley Chiropractic because I’m honestly so grateful I found such an amazing chiropractor. No one should be passed by and given basic care.
