Joe, in the service department was really great! He kept me informed throughout the process when having a new set of tires installed on my Ram. He made sure his shuttle driver drove me where I needed to go so I could be productive while my truck was in his shop, and he texted me as soon as it was completed. He let me know that his driver was on the way to bring me back to the dealership. The parts department ordered the tires I requested and let me know as soon as they arrived. The tire pricing was very competitive with the local tire shops. I felt that they really wanted my business and were willing to put in the work to get it, and they did! When I got back to the dealership, Joe had the paperwork prepared, prices were exactly what he quoted, and I was out the door in just a few minutes & able to get on with my busy day. I had tires installed on my wife's truck as well and received the same level of service. I'll be back to this dealership for sure. Thanks, Joe!

It was such a pleasant experience, from scheduling the appointment to picking up my car. They had the part my car needed in stock and were able to fix it the same day. I definitely recommend.

All I can say is good things about this place, I purchase two of my vehicles and so far ,I havent had any problems ,I live in Wenatchee Washington and drive down there an hour and 20 minutes just to service it because they always do a great job havent had any problems last time , I took one of my vehicles to Town Jeep it was a disaster ended up paying $1100 for their mistake and thats y , I fully recommend Bud Clary of Moses Lake.
