I had a great experience at Auto Zone. I got my battery exchanged with no hassle. It had a 2 year warranty and they took care of it right away. And when my battery died the next day, they helped me figure out that it was my alternator that was the problem. I ordered the part and it came in the same day! Excellent service!

Management there was all right the workers that were there messed up on an order so I have to wait and excessive another day to get it

01/17/2024 I took my battery that got 3 years ago. it was dead because a light in my truck was left on. They tested the battery and tell me it was a bad battery. i ask to please check again they did it was still coming back bad. i ask to please put to charge they did but told me that wont work. i come back after an hour and sure enough did not charge so again its a bad battery. They try selling me another one i said no ill wait on that. I go to another auto parts store didnt tell them about autozone they check it guy tell me nothing takes back puts it on the charger tells me to come back in an hour i did and i ask did it charge is it a good battery? YES ITS GOOD TO GO! I wonder how many times have they scam people like this!

The female closing clerk was amazing and so helpful. My friends car is having issues with the inside of his car window fogging up...very knowledgeable staff. Thanks for helping us out
