WARNING THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU. I came to this office for my knees. I asked how much does these sessions cost. The front desk said they have no idea and advised to call a third party office or your insurance company. They never gave me a straight answer and charged me $500. I had two sessions one hour each they charged me $500 per session. I asked them from the beginning how much a session everyone said "I don't know ask some else". Everyone blames everyone else for the charges. If they refuse to give you detailed charges for their therapy do not go in because they will charge you thousands and say it's someone elses fault the charges are like this.

Excellent PT care. Everyone from the front desk to the PT staff that I met with was helpful and professional. I saw Ryan Tyler at the beginning and on my last visit. He worked patiently to understand the exact nature of the pain I was having far beyond what my GP could discern. He developed a series of exercises I could do at home to resolve the pain and on subsequent visits he added additional exercises to rotate into my daily routine. On later visits I worked with Sushma Neupane who continued the expansion of exercises but also determined why I was not making progress. She identified the root cause of my pain so I could avoid re-injuring my leg! Well worth the drive to Monroe.

Good occupational therapists. Overpriced compared to local averages. Ask for pricing upfront and shop around. Learn from my mistakes.

I had a wonderful experience at Evergreen Health. Amber was my main Physical Therapist, and she could not have been more kind and through with my treatment. She was clear, gave good directions, and I left with the information I needed to keep working on getting stronger.

Wonderful experience with amazing professionals! I was given home exercises, bands to use and appropriately educated on how to use. My injury still took a while to heal and strengthen but feel that I was in great hands during recovery. :) Thank you!
