Called to buy a small street legal dual sport and told the sales manager about my $9,000 mountain bike I couldn't sell for even a couple thousand dollars on various sites, and he was extremely interested. To the point where he came out to my home to buy it and had had a cold for 8 days while I was just getting over covid. When he showed up at my home to get it he was not only rude as I was trying to give him a bunch of free stuff to be nice since I didn't need it, but when I asked him if he had a mask to come into my home since I had just gotten over covid he didn't. On top of it he showed up with less than the agreed amount and still owes me money actually. He never asked about my interest in a 4200 small dirt bike, so I guess that wasn't important to him which was the whole deal me coming down to his shop to buy a motorcycle and a hitch trailer. That's the last thing I would do is buy something from a guy like that.

Randall in the service dept was a huge help. Went above and beyond with my questions, helped find exactly what I was looking for, and followed up with an email containing the documents I needed. First class service. Thanks Randall!

Sales is great. Service damaged my wheels then, said they would only charge me 1/2 price!

Been buying bikes from Adventure since they opened for business, always been fair in their dealing with myself and family members, latest bikes we bought were a 2020 Kawasaki ZX636R and a 2021 KTM 350 EXC F, fair prices and great support after wards, and a 2023 KLR230
