Buying and selling houses is not the type of activity people engage in on a day-to-day basis (unless you are really, really into real estate). In healthcare we refer to these types of activities as being high risk, low frequency. Buying or selling a home can be really complicated and potentially scary, and to make matters more difficult it had been 20 years since we last went through this, so our experience was very limited. When dealing with high risk, low frequency events, you need an expert guide. Ashley Fox is an EXPERT guide. Honestly, I am INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL to have had Ashley be there for us on every step of our journey to buying a new home. She was thorough and amazingly responsive (she texted me back during a Kraken game she was attending, honest!). She walked my family through each of the steps with patience and optimism.
