I was referred to American Family Insurance by a friend/co-worker, specifically to Cecilee, after my current rate went up drastically. I texted her right away and she got back to me just as fast. She told me specifically what to provide her so that I could get a quote first thing the next morning, I texted her after hours lol. She made the process extremely easy, answered all of my questions in detail and was super helpful. I ended up making the switch. (After 12 years with my current insurance company) I will definitely be referring anyone that may be in search of a new insurance company to Cecilee!

I happened upon Sally through an unrelated business matter and am now in the process of become a customer of AFI. Talking to Sally is like talking to an old friend; I have never had such a positive experience with an insurance company as I have had with Sally at AFI.

Really enjoyed working with Hailey as I transitioned my personal insurance coverages from my old provider to Sally Petty AFI. I improved my coverages and saved money on premiums. Great job Hailey!
