We love Stray Dogs Club. Our son is growing in self confidence in a group setting where he is partnered with kids of all ages, sizes and levels. What a great program here in Monroe.

Roger and the rest of the crew down at Stray Dogs Club has to be some of the best mentors around. They constantly push people to be their best but do so with respect and compassion. Walking through their doors has to be one of the best decisions Ive ever made for myself. There truly isnt enough good things I can say about Stray Dogs Club. If youre on the fence about showing up, just come in and see for yourself what a top notch facility theyre running.

I've been training here for about 6 months. I started with their free women's class on Sunday nights and quickly fell in love with Muay Thai! I can't say enough good things about the coaches here. They are fun and make you feel very comfortable while teaching you good technique and pushing you to do your best. My confidence is growing and my waistline is shrinking. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself!

Been going to this gym for over three years now, and I feel like I get the best possible training by the best instructors Ive known. I wouldnt want to be anywhere else for BJJ. They're family to me.

Kids class is one of the best in the region. Great exercise, focus / life skills and how to win. Adult class are a great way to stay fit and learn perseverance in a relaxed/polite environment.
