    I have truly enjoyed talking a working with Juanita. She has been extremely knowledgeable about ESA laws and my rights. Not only that but even though my S-8 worker was helpful I couldn't get my inspection pass due to no fault of Juanita or their company , she NEVER made me feel less than, unappreciated, or bad. If you are looking for a place to call home she is your go to lady!! She not only responded in a timely manner but was very respectful (even though I may have not been at times due to the stress of moving) and helpful . I know she will do the same for YOU!!

    Our property manager Juanita is amazing shes on top of repairs and gets things taken care of. I was a bit worried when our house owners started going through a management company I havent had good experiences but they have been extremely good to deal with!

    Steady Property Management has been nothing but an inconvenience since their landlord has purchased the building. We have had FOUR different appointments scheduled. All days we had to take off work, and not only 1 day but 2 days at a time for 2 appointments the vendor does not show up all FIVE TIMES. We are subjected to repeated appointments with very strict rules and "by-laws" about our projected conduct as tenants when their maintenance vendor NEVER shows up. We have had to take off day after day from work and threatened if we do not, and expected to pay extra vendor fees if he must come out again. But will they pay my LOST WAGES FOR WORK? NO. Even though their vendor has not shown up time and time again. Each time we must contact the management team who does not bother to update us unless repeated requests are made about the whereabouts of their vendor. Who months ago left our hot water tank heater installed with no over flow drainage. So if the hot water tank over heated the overflow valve would flood the apartment. Extremely hazardous to not only us but the apartments below. This vendor never even bothered to inform the landlord that he never finished the job. Months later was schedule 3 times to come and fix it and still hasn't. Upon request after request for an update we have been repeatedly treated like less than human time and time again and subjected to repeated requests to enter the home and take time off work only to have sacrificed pay for an unprofessional maintenance man to never show up. Following that is an unprofessional management team (Juanita and Rose) which continuously fails to respond or answer any questions regarding the whereabouts of their vendor time after time after time. UPDATE: No. She did not contact me privately and make me feel any better but rather was condescending and denied knowledge of our issue in the first place even though I have SEVERAL texts and emails informing her of the problem. Then scheduled "their own" vendor who was then 2 hours late, (past the 11-2 time frame) came in for literally 2 minutes, left for 40 min and then called and said they had to reschedule because the owner couldn't be reached for approval of the work. Just a JOKE! So unprofessional. I have now missed out on 6 days of work, not to mention the 7th that is coming up but when I lose my job will they care? NOPE!!!!

Hello Jennifer/RobertIn response to your review. We apologize again for the actions of this third-party vendor. As you know, this vendor was not one of our licensed, bonded, and reliable vendors. This vendor was referred to, hired by, and paid in advance of work being completed by the owner. This vendor assured both the owner and me (Juanita) on several different occasions that he would complete the work on the scheduled dates and times. Yes, unfortunately, we were not made aware that he did not arrive until tenants contacted us. He failed to let us know and has stopped responding to the owner. I'm hoping you can appreciate why the owner scheduled several attempts to have the vendor complete the work.We take pride in providing professional management to our clients and their tenants. It is troubling to have you feel you have not been given the attention and made to feel 'less than'. That was not our intent. I have since messaged you privately and hope that brings you some comfort. We have scheduled one of our preferred vendors to complete any outstanding work on your water heater.
