These guys were great. I moved out of my house and they did an awesome job getting me packed up while it was pretty disorganized.

Very fast and efficient. Packed the truck very well saved me a lot of space, and made sure to tie everything down so it doesnt move around. No complaints would definitely use them again.

Would not use this company again. BEWARE. 3 issues: 1. Quoted me $155/hr over the phone. The day before the move I received their confirmation and summary email that said $165/hr. I replied saying my understanding was $155/hr which they replied "you're correct". After the move was I charged $165/hr with no real explanation other than "that's our rate". 2. Their movers dropped and shattered a stone dining table top. We had explained to the lead mover during the initial walkaround that it's not connected to the pedestal and it's heavy. He later tried to take it off the pedestal himself, dropped it, damaged the wall, and shattered the table top. We provided pictures of the shattered table top and wall damage as well as the original receipt to their Customer Service Dept. The table cost $3200 which the receipt clearly showed. Their insurance covers damage for $.60/lb. Ridiculous. Why bother? They gave us $200 as a "goodwill gesture". Very disappointing. One bright spot - Their Customer Service rep was outstanding during all of this. 3. Several of our Thomasville bedroom furniture pieces were badly scratched from where they used a hand truck to move the pieces. They should have put a moving blanket between the pieces and the hand truck. Hard to understand why they wouldn't do this...............seems so simple. In summary: Careless/lazy, don't care, or just simply incompetent movers. Not sure which descriptor applies. A ridiculous insurance policy. No real responsibility for damages solely caused by their movers. We have moved many times and this was by far our worst experience. I would never use them again.
