Overpriced and unprofessional! Cancellations and claims are handled by paper to delay processing. You will then be charged for their own delay in processing and sent to collections.

This company should reevaluate their business practices. As a long time customer, I was treated with blatant disregard for my inquiries and then price jabbed and ignored after giving notice of termination. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your insurance needs, as this company will only give you a headache and a deeper hole in your wallet! Look elsewhere!!

Transparency and good communication skills should be at the top of the list for any insurance company. This has not been the case with Anchor Marine. My family has owned a sailboat for over 40 years and I have to say that Anchor Marine was not only over priced but it was extremely difficult to communicate with them as it was difficult to reach them in person and their follow through was poor.

Over priced. Paid 4 times what I am paying right now for the same level of coverage. I gave them fair cancellation notice via email, they didn't consider that canceled and took me to collections for a period I did not want coverage for. Look elsewhere there are better options.

Absolutely atrocious. Please do not use them. Go elsewhere. Completely unprofessional and they are more than happy to charge you more $$$ than they are owed. They are also willing to take you to collections and put you through a very very uncomfortable time for any amount of $. Use other vendors - let capitalism and the free market show this team they will fail unless they make important changes
