        Great customer service! I am impressed with the staff at The Hadley. Every interaction I have had thus far has been outstanding professionalism, courteousness, and patient. My experience at The Hadley is a stark contrast to my previous apartment in Redmond. The Hadley is clean, quiet, safe and accessible. As a disabled person, I am impressed with layout of the property, ease of access to move in and out, and secure entrances for tenants. Overall, both the community of Mercer Island and The Hadley apartments is a grand improvement for me and I look forward to long-term tenancy.

        An absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. The facilities, amenities, and staff have all been stellar throughout my time here. Megan and Jeanette in the office continually go above and beyond to make the Hadley feel like home, I couldnt recommend this community any higher!

        Finding The Hadley was amazing, Megan, Jeannette and the rest of the team made my move so easy and pain free. I had lived in my condo for 27 yrs in Belltown, and was looking for some where new, cool and nice, The Hadley was it. Very clean building, friendly neighbors, and close to good restaurants and bars.

        Scheduled an appointment and waited for an agent to show up for an hour. No one showed up even after being told by the sales office that the assigned person will show up in 5 minutes. Called them one last time but no one answered.
