Im sure they help buyers sell homes so they can cash in on the profits. But they are not professional when it matters. We have lived in a rental for the past two years that sits on a property they recently sold and without notice and while we were out of town with no service, entered our home. How violating! And kept bringing people around without 24 hour notice just because they had keys. It doesnt sit right with me when Im gone all day at work and dont know who is entering my home and when! Additionally, the buyers signed a contract saying they would not raise rent for 6 months after purchase, and the Fowlers took it upon themselves to just say the rent we have been paying for the last 2 years was $75 more than it actually was. What a joke honestly. Never cared to introduce themselves to my husband or I. Just cared about getting into our house and getting their paycheck.

I cant express how thankful we are to have found The Fowler Group but most importantly Sam as our realtor! Hands down the best house buying experience (even with all the curve balls we were thrown). Sam is super knowledgeable, honest and understanding of all our needs and if he didnt have an answer he found it for us. He has an amazing team that backed every step of our home buying process!
