My review cannot attest to their business practices but I can speak to their character. I got a flat tire while driving on Hwy 2 and thankfully had time to pull over in their parking lot and avoid being stranded on the narrow highway shoulder. I asked to use the restroom while I waited for a solution to my flat tire issue and they graciously obliged, and even offered assistance. Apparently Teslas dont carry spare tires - tip of the day! I feel awful - I asked the name of the gentleman who helped me for hours but forgot it! He helped me with a malfunctioning tire repair kit, removing my tire, and putting on a new one for me to avoid being towed. He was kind, hard working, respectful and as a 30something petite woman, I am deeply grateful for feeling safe in this situation. It could have looked much different. Thank you to all the employees who took time out of your day to help a random stranger. If youre ever in need of a reputable metals company, I have no doubt that they operate their business the same way they treat a non-customer in an emergency.

Solid Structures has used Miramac Metals for years and we have done hundreds of jobs with them. They are the best in the business and we have never had any issues with them. Pricing, Customer Service, and Quality are always 5 stars.

I work the desk and phone for a local WA General. Our guys have had some issues with deliveries being reliable, quality, and worst of all, customer service. I rate this the as the number 1 issue because it's hard to straighten out the rest without good customer service.
