I have never used this company but I certainly won't be recommending. The company truck hit a tree in our neighborhood and left it blocking a sidewalk and a driveway. Did not stop and take responsibility. We were able to track them down and called the office. They seemed confused when we asked if they would remove the large tree branch that they knocked down when they damaged the tree. An email was also sent. No response, no responsibility. Highly dissatisfied at the sarcasm when asked to take responsibility for the damage caused. The neighborhood took care of the tree.

We had a fantastic experience with PuroClean when our daylight basement recently flooded... I could not recommend them highly enough. Called in a panic and they rearranged their staffing and came within a few hours of my call. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and hard working! They took care of dealing with the water and carpet and making sure there wasn't further damage to the wall. They came by each day to check on the drying process. Shout out to Cameron and his crew and especially to Adam for being so helpful. Thank you again PuroClean!
