First time coming here and am extremely happy with the results. They took good care with my daughter and I and did amazing work. We both love our nails very much and will definitely be coming back

They were very accommodating to us walking in. They did such a beautiful job on my nails, however my sister's kid now has the most amazing nails. Simply gorgeous.

I can barely say anything about the service as I didn't receive any. I called and made an appointment for a pedicure 3 days prior, i specifically asked when making the appointment "whatever time, as long as you are available" and was then told 11 am. I showed up promptly at 11 am and then soaked in the tub for 50 minutes before I was even addressed. There were 3 others in the shop who were getting serviced.
Almost an hour before anyone was even talking to me - what is the point of an appointment if you are going to have to wait. Additionally I ASKED specifically what time they were available only to have to wait.
After 50 minutes, I was done. I was furious they had scheduled the appointment and even angrier they had ignored me that long.
On a separate note, about halfway through the 50 minute wait, it started to smell like literal poop. Like someone had used the bathroom and never turned the fan on. No idea what it was but considering how terrible the service was, I suppose it was appropriate.
